Cheers CO2 Supercharged Bottles of Lager

We just received this video from one of our locals, John Henry of Grampian Tints & Coatings, who'd one of our 2L (approx 4 pints) CO2 Supercharged bottles set aside for 4 weeks and decided to enjoy it the other day. Check out the results!

Our lager bottles are filled with CO2 before we add Tennent's Corona Extra or Budweiser lager into them. The lager remains very lively in the sealed bottle for weeks! (please keep refrigerated for best results)

When pouring, tilt the glass to 45 degrees and pour slowly to prevent the lager foaming due to the high CO2 content. For the perfect pint pour into an appropriate dry glass like this Tennent's one (which are available to purchase at Cheers at a great value for money price)

Check out the effervescent bubbles coming from the bottom of the glass - the pint will remain like that till the very last sip.
