Something new is coming, in association with Bacardi!
We're inviting some of Edinburghs top bartenders to compete in Tonic Time Trials. It's quite simple: serve the round as quickly as possible. The less time you take, the higher you'll place in the league table. The bartender with the quickest time will win a £100 bar tab and a bottle of their favourite Bacardi product - sounds like a good night out to us!
